The Comprehensive Tune Up is recommended as preventative maintenance for bicycles that are in good to decent shape yet are still in need of thorough TLC and adjustments.


Recommended interval: 1,200 - 2,400 kms or every 6 months - 1 year.


Includes adjustment of derailleurs, shifters, brakes, hubs, and bottom bracket, plus lubing all cables and external moving parts, truing of wheels and tightening all bolts to correct torque spec, and inflating tires to correct pressure. Installation of new cables and brake pads. It also includes a safety check and light wipe down of the frame and wheels.


Does not include the cost of new parts.



overhaul tune up

This tune up can maintain the longevity and smooth operation of the working parts and is ideal for really dirty bikes or bikes that have been heavily used


Recommended interval: 1,800-2,800 kms or every 2 years.


The Tune Up and Overhaul includes everything in a standard tune up, such as: adjustment of derailleurs, shifters, brakes, hubs, and bottom bracket, plus lubing all cables and external moving parts, truing of wheels, tightening all bolts to correct torque spec., and inflating tires to correct pressure. It also includes a safety check and a wipe down of the frame and wheels.


It also includes replacement of all cables, housing, and brake pads and removal, degreasing and extensive cleaning of drivetrain components.


Does not include the cost of new parts, with exception to brake pads, cables and housing
